1. Areas served

We currently ship everywhere in Canada.

2. Processing times

Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.

3. Delivery

  • Deliveries are made by Canada Post, Dicom, Purolator, Nationex, or other services depending on the region.

  • The delivery time varies between 2 to 7 business days depending on your address.

  • You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is shipped.

  • Some carriers cannot drop off your package at a postal counter if no one is present at the delivery address. In such cases, they might leave the package in front of your door.

    If you live in an apartment building, a condo, or if you simply do not want the package to be left without a signature, please write it in the comments or contact us at the following address at the time of purchase: info@cafenapoleon.com. We will then ensure that your package is shipped with Canada Post, which offers more secure delivery options.

4. Delivery fees

  • Fees are calculated automatically at checkout.

  • Free delivery for orders of $60 and over (before taxes), in Quebec and Ontario.

5. Delays and liability

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, nor for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. In case of any problem, contact us, and we will do our best to help you.

6. Promotional items

Free items may be replaced, without notice, by other products of equivalent value, depending on stock availability and current promotions.
