The brewing speed and the temperature of the hot plate adjust according to your choice, ensuring a brew that meets the "golden cup" standard. The filter basket automatically stops the flow of coffee when the carafe is removed. All glass carafe models feature a hot plate with an independent heating element, keeping your coffee at the ideal temperature.
